Item Lost in Transit

    Registered post is strongly recommended, in an event of lost in transit, it is a lot easier to trace and track.
    For orders shipped by registered post or courier, item will be found in most cases and once we have lost parcel confirmation from posting company, order will be resent.
    For orders shipped by regular mail and buyer has a feedback score over 5 with at least 98% positive feedback rating, order will be resent 5 workings days after we lodged a parcel trace claim at Australia Post.
    For order shipped by regular mail and buyer has a feedback score of 5 or less or less than 98% positive feedback rating, we will need to wait until Australia Post confirmed no delivery which could take up to 3 weeks and a registered post handling fee of $3 must be paid by buyer to ensure delivery.

Item Damaged in Transit

    For damaged items with winning price less than $20, buyers need to send us a clear photo showing the damage and replacement will be sent within 2 business days. If photos is unavailable or unable to show the damage, buyers need to return the damaged item back to us at buyers' cost for replacement.
    For damaged items with winning price over $20, buyers need to return the item back to us first, return postage will be refunded by cheque sent together with replacement item. We will only refund minimum postage to return the item back to us. i.e. a 1KG item packed in a box weighted 2KG will not quality for a full postage refund. Courier and express post will not be refunded in full as well.
    For damaged items that buyers wish to keep, a store credit of 20% of the winning price will be issued.

Incorrect Item Received

    For incorrect item with winning price less than $20, buyers need to send us a clear photo showing the item received and a replacement will be sent within 2 business days. If photos is unavailable, buyers need to return the damaged items back to us at buyers' cost for replacement.

Item Faulty

    We will only replace or repair faulty items that are still under warranty.
    For faulty items with winning price less than $20, if the item claimed faulty can be proved as not useful with a full description of the faulty with photos of faulty items, a replacement will be sent within 2 business days. If faulty can not be proved by emails,
buyers need to return the faulty items back to us at buyers' cost for replacement.
    For faulty items with winning price over $20, buyers need to return the item back to us first, return postage will be refunded by cheque sent together with replacement or repaired item. We will only refund minimum postage to return the item back to us. i.e. a 1KG item packed in a box weighted 2KG will not quality for a full postage refund. Courier and express post will not be refunded in full as well.
    For incorrect faulty item claims, we will not cover return postage and buyers need to pay p/h again for us to resend the item back to them.

Item out of stock

    For buyers paid after 14 days of auctions end, stock viability is not guaranteed.
    For buyers paid within 14 days of auctions and we're out of stock, buyers can choose: free upgrade, paid upgrade, refund, downgrade.

    We will provide a range of free upgrade availability. The free upgrade will usually valued at 10% - 20% more than the paid item.
    Buyers can request to any upgrades, when the required upgrade has a value over 120% of the item won, buyer will be issued with 20% of paid winning price to use toward purchase of the upgraded item..
    Buyers can choose a refund. Refund will be issued in its original payment method and a store credit of 10% of winning price will be issued.
    Buyers can also choose a downgrade and the price difference will be refunded.

Warranty Period

    For most of our items, we provide only 7 day Dead On Arrival warranty.
    Warranty can be extended to 1 year by adding 10% of the total purchase and to 3 years by adding 20% of the total purchase.

    In most cases, our warranty will be a replacement of a same similar or upgraded item.
